Cinnamon Apple Wraps
A quick and delicious version of the all-time favourite apple pie. Add a slice of cheddar cheese, a scoop of vanilla ice cream or dollop of whipped cream to finish them off.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 14 minutes
Baking Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 4

4 POM White Tortillas (10"/ 25 cm)
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp apple juice
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
4 cups peeled, cored & diced apples
2 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp coarse or granulated sugar

1. In large frying pan, combine first 5 ingredients, after the tortillas. Bring to a boil on medium heat. Add apples. Cook, stirring often about 12 minutes, until apples are tender and the liquid is thick.

2. Divide filling along centre of POM tortillas. Fold in sides and roll up from bottom. Place seam side down on parchment lined or greased baking sheet. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with sugar.

3. Bake in preheated 375°F (190°C) oven about 25 minutes or until crisp and golden. Serve warm.

TIPS
1. Be sure there are no tears in the tortillas or the filling will leak out.

2. Cinnamon-sugar is also nice sprinkled on top of the wrap.
